How We Help

Pathways to Independence

For the young person who’s ready for what’s next, but could use some support getting there.

Our Pathways to Independence programming equips youth with the skills, confidence, and supports to transition to adulthood, live independently and achieve their goals.

These programs are available to youth between the ages of 18 and 24 who have previously completed our In the Lead program.

Our Pathways to Independence Programs

In the Lead: Next Gen

For young people on the cusp of independence, Next Gen builds on the growth achieved through In the Lead programming by strengthening the confidence, skills, and self-awareness needed to navigate adulthood with purpose and authenticity. This advanced leadership and character-building program helps youth to put their leadership skills into practice. It is a next level to In the Lead for participants seeking additional connection and support.

Available in schools and in community by self or adult nomination.
